We are happy to do wholesale prices on the majority of our products to genuine businesses. Please contact us directly to discuss the details.

 

 

• Lucky Kat accepts money orders, direct bank transfers (Australia Only) and cheques. Please make cheques and money orders payable to 'LuckyKat Custom Jewellery'.
• Full payment required before goods are shipped.
• Only Australian dollars accepted as payment.
• Any import fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
• Lucky Kat reserves the right to change these prices whenever they want.
• Prices shown on this site are also guidelines for the recommended retail price for wholesale customers.
  Orders will be shipped 5-35 days after payment is cleared.
• If we cannot complete your order at time of processing, due to stock shortfall etc, part orders will be shipped and rest of order will be sent at no extra charge.
• items posted are not insured and therefore Lucky Kat takes no responsibility for items that go missing or are damaged in transit. • All claims of defect or shortages must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
• No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Lucky Kat Kustom Jewellery.
• Lucky Kat does not give refunds unless item was sent by mistake or item was faulty on receipt.
• Goods to be returned in same condition as received and in the original packaging, items that have been worn will not be accepted.
